Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery or is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. This includes a full refund (including shipping charges) or a replacement item. To proceed, please contact our Returns Department within 14 days of receiving your order by completing a Returns Form and emailing it to Head office of "BNS supply"

If needed, we can also arrange a collection of the damaged or faulty item.
Terms and Conditions for Returns of Damaged or Faulty Items:
- You must notify us of any damage or faults within 14 days of receipt.
- For all returns, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service.
- The returned items must be in the same unused condition as when you received them, including the original packaging.
- We may request images of the damage before processing a refund or replacement.
- We may require the return of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
- A completed Returns Form must be included with all returns.
